Mark your calendars for the biennial Miami Valley Quilt Show where you can view and be inspired by over 200 quilts and special exhibits. In addition to learning about Miami Valley Quilters’ Guild and what we offer to the community, visit the many vendors who offer a wide variety of items—quilty and otherwise. The guild hosts a booth called Scrap City where visitors can purchase a two pound bag of coordinated scraps (5” squares to fat quarters) for only $10.00. If the show inspires you to join the guild, sign up as a new member for a discounted fee of $15 for the rest of 2026. We look forward to seeing you there.
2026 Raffle Quilt
The raffle quilt this year is stunning! The design is a slightly modified version of the Lemon Slice Sampler Quilt designed by Jessica Lemon of Lemon Quilts in Caledonia, MI.

Guild members pieced the quilt, and it was custom quilted by local longarmer Pam Becker. The winning ticket will be drawn at the show on Saturday, May 30 at 4:00 pm. The proceeds of the raffle help MVQG make quilt contributions to Hospice, Quilts of Valor, Ronald McDonald House at Dayton Childrens’ Hospital, and others as need arises.

Tickets are $1.00 each or 6 tickets for $5.00.
 
See your friendly neighborhood guild member for tickets. If you are outside the Dayton/Springfield area, you can use PayPal to make a donation to the guild. We will fill out your stubs, text or email you a photograph of your tickets, and drop them in the jar with all the rest.

The Miami Valley Quilters' Guild is a diverse group with more than 200 members from all areas of interest and all quilting skill levels. Members include quilters, quilt collectors, quilting teachers, designers, and those simply interested in the art and craft of quilting. We provide quilters with education and instruction through classes and workshops; inspiration and growth through meetings featuring accomplished quilters, quilt designers, and quilting teachers; fellowship and support through meetings, retreats, shows, programs, our newsletter, and our website; and encouragement and recognition  through quilt shows, show-and-tell sessions, challenges, charitable activities, and other events. We meet at 6:30 p.m. on the second Tuesday of the month at the Knob Prairie United Church of Christ, Enon, Ohio. For more information, please visit the guild's website.
Location
Located in Xenia, Ohio, The Greene County Expo Center hosts the Miami Valley Quilt Show, Dayton Hamvention, and the Greene County Fair. The quilt show is in the Assembly Building. The Expo Center website has good driving directions.
