Must be a Miami Valley Quilters' Guild Member in good standing.
Exhibits that were displayed at the last 2 quilt shows are not eligible.
All entries must be constructed of fabric, be a minimum of two layers and tied or quilted and finished.
Entries must be owned or created by a current member in good standing with MVQG.
All entries MUST have a label permanently attached. Entries with labels that are only pinned to them will not be accepted. A basted label is acceptable. Minimum information on the label includes Owners Name and Name of Quilt. More information on the label is up to you.
A guild member may enter 6 exhibits as desired. (Workshop and Challenge projects are not included in that limit)
Guild members may have multiple quilts in any one category. (Quilt show committee reserves the right to adjust the registered category IF needed) Quilts MUST be picked up by 5:30pm after the end of the show or there will be a $50.00 per day, per person handling fee. Do Not forget your pink slips. You may send a representative to pick your quilts up for you as long as they have your pink slips and you have signed the back giving said representative permission to retrieve.

Entry Submission Deadline: May 10, 2024
Exhibit Turn in Date/Time: Thursday May 30th from 10:00am until 12:00pm.
Please be kind and allow the volunteers to concentrate on their tasks at hand. A friendly 'hello-how are you?' is welcome, although we are trying very hard to get the job done. We will need to focus like diamond cutters cutting the most priceless of gems. We would love for each facet of this quilt show will shine in the eyes of the beholders.
